It’s really nice to travel hassle free knowing that your documents are safely organized inside your luggage. On this blog, I will share with you on how you can be organized while you’re traveling so you can enjoy stress-free travel.
What travel documents do you need to put in your folder?
Printed Confirmations – Take your printed resort/hotel confirmation or travel documents, flight, car rental, dinner reservations, and trip excursion or activities.
Passports, Visa, & Other Legal Forms – If you’re travelling outside the country remember to put your visa/s, passport and photocopy of other legal documents that is necessary for entry. And don’t forget your passport has to be valid at least 6 months when you travel abroad.
Printed Boarding Passes – In order to save time and the hassle. Use online check-in services and print out your boarding passes. Or use your mobile device.
Organizing your documents when travelling…
1. Use a travel organizer or an envelope with tabs separating each space so you can carefully segregate Flight documents, hotel reservations and other papers you need while travelling.
2. Always bring a pen. When travelling you will definitely use a pen to sign papers, get through customs and jot things down. It would be easier if you bring a pen to get those things done in a jiffy.
3. Have copies of your passport, legal documents and credit cards. It would be safe if you have copies of your passport as a back-up in case you lose it. But keep the rest of the copies safe at home.
