it’s good to have a list on what you want to bake and who you want to give it to so you can do a rough estimate and not over do it.
Review recipes and research new ones.
Not unless you know recipes it’s still good to learn new baking techniques and recipes to provide options.
Use a baking planner form to list each recipe or item, ingredients needed and number of batches.
Using a planner can help you organize your thought as well as the volume of your baked goodies.
Check food storage or pantry for ingredients. Start a shopping list for needed items.
Spend good ‘ol 30 mins to check if you have the needed ingredients for your baked goodies. If there are missing ingredients create a shoping list.
